Miramar, FL September 09, 2026 –(PR.com)– ProperHeir, a Miami-Dade-based company specializing in heir location, probate, and real estate services, today announced that Diego A. Rodriguez has joined the firm as a probate and litigation attorney.
Finding the right person for this role wasn’t easy. ProperHeir spent nearly a year searching for an attorney who wasn’t just skilled and hardworking, but who also had the right cultural fit and an entrepreneurial mindset, qualities that are difficult to find all in one person, let alone alongside the necessary experience and work ethic. In Rodriguez, ProperHeir found that and then some.
Rodriguez comes from a title and insurance background, where he oversaw title, closing, underwriting, and settlement operations from intake through post-closing. Under his leadership, the Florida office grew into an extension of the company, which is now the second largest title company in Puerto Rico, firsthand proof of the entrepreneurial drive ProperHeir was looking for.
He also brings courtroom-facing litigation experience. Rodriguez previously worked as a law clerk at Kubicki Draper, where he drafted motions, participated in depositions, and prepared pre-mediation reports on insurance defense matters. He also served as a student attorney with the University of Miami Immigration Clinic, representing a detained client in an asylum case before the Orlando Immigration Court.
Rodriguez is barred in both Florida and New York.
